Return Policy

We want you to love your Ranch Ethic gear. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help with eligible items.

Eligible Items:

Items from our Signature Collection may be returned within 21 days of delivery for a Ranch Ethic gift card.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A $6 restocking fee per returned item will be deducted from the gift card amount.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit:

These items are produced in limited quantities or made specifically for a particular event, organization, or customer.

Gift Card:

To keep our return process simple and get you the item you want as quickly as possible, we do not process direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, return your eligible Signature Collection item following the process below. Once approved, you'll receive a Ranch Ethic gift card for the amount paid, less the $6 per-item restocking fee. Your gift card can then be used toward the size or item you'd like instead.

Return Process:

Before sending a return, please email orders@ranchethic.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Returns must be requested within 21 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping eligible returns back to Ranch Ethic.

Once your return is received and inspected, your Ranch Ethic gift card will be issued within 10 business days. A $6 restocking fee will be deducted for each item returned.

Returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements above will not qualify for a gift card.
